Setup Guide

1. Get your Webhook URL

   Go to Settings → Webhook URL in LeadFlowX and copy your unique URL.

2. Create a Zap

   Log in to Zapier and create a new Zap. Choose your trigger app (e.g., Facebook Lead Ads, Google Forms).

3. Add Webhooks by Zapier

   Add Webhooks by Zapier as the action. Choose POST as the event type.

4. Configure the Webhook
   Zapier Webhook Settings

   URL: https://leadflowx-neon.vercel.app/api/webhook/YOUR_TOKEN
   Payload Type: JSON
   Data: Map your fields to LeadFlowX format

5. Map Your Fields

   Map trigger data to LeadFlowX fields. Required: email.

6. Test and Publish

   Test the Zap, verify the lead appears in LeadFlowX, then turn it on.
