Lead Capture

Share a link, print a QR code, or embed a form on your site. Every submission becomes a lead in your pipeline and is automatically queued for AI enrichment.

Open Lead Capture in the sidebar. You'll find a few ways to collect leads. Three of them — a link, a QR code, and an embedded form — all point to your organization's public capture page.

Shareable link

Your capture page has a public URL that looks like:

https://leadflowx-neon.vercel.app/c/your-org-id

Click Copy link and drop it wherever your audience already is — a link-in-bio profile, an email signature, or a direct message. Anyone who opens it sees a simple form; a submission creates a lead instantly.

lightbulb
The link is safe to share publicly. It only accepts new lead submissions — it never exposes your existing leads or account data.

QR code

The same page is available as a QR code, ready for print. Use Download PNG for slides and flyers, or Download SVG for large-format print that needs to stay sharp at any size.

  • Add it to event booths, business cards, or packaging
  • Scanning it opens your capture page on the visitor's phone

Embed on your website

To add a capture form directly to your own site, copy the embed snippet and paste it just before the closing </body> tag:

HTML
<script src="https://leadflowx-neon.vercel.app/embed.js" data-org="your-org-id" async></script>

This adds a floating capture button to your pages. Visitors submit without leaving your site, and their details flow straight into your pipeline.

Import from a spreadsheet

Already have a list of leads? Bring them in from a CSV or Excel file. Click New Lead in the top bar, choose Import from CSV or Excel, and pick your file (up to 10 MB).

  • LeadFlowX reads your column headers and matches them to lead fields for you. You can adjust any match by hand, or skip columns you don't need.
  • Email and Full Name are required; everything else — phone, company, job title, location, website, and more — is optional.
  • Review the preview of the first few rows, then start the import.

When it finishes, you'll see a summary of what happened to each row:

  • Imported — brand-new leads added to your pipeline.
  • Enriched — leads that already existed (matched by email) and gained new details from your file.
  • Skipped — rows that matched an existing lead but added nothing new.
  • Failed or Invalid — rows that couldn't be read or were missing a required field.
info
Imports count toward your monthly lead limit. If a large file would take you over your plan's limit, the extra rows aren't added — watch your notifications for a heads-up when that happens.

What happens to a captured lead

Every capture — link, QR, or embed — follows the same path:

  1. The lead is created in your pipeline at the Inbound stage.
  2. It's queued for AI enrichment and intent scoring automatically.
  3. Duplicate submissions from the same email are merged, so you won't get repeat leads.
