Credits & Usage
Credits cover your AI-powered and outreach actions once your plan or free trial has ended. While your plan or trial is still active, you can keep working without spending any.
When credits are used
Credits are only charged after your access lapses:
- On a paid plan, your actions are covered until your billing period ends.
- On the free plan, your actions are covered during your 7-day trial. After it ends, further actions draw from your credit balance.
What uses credits
Credits apply to the actions that do real work on your leads, including:
- Adding a lead, or importing leads in bulk
- Sending an outreach email
- AI enrichment, intent scoring, and email drafting
- Booking a meeting

Topping up
On the free plan you can add credits by watching a short ad from the Subscription page — each one tops up your balance, up to a daily limit. Credits can't be bought directly; upgrading your plan raises your limits and keeps your actions covered instead.
Credits belong to your whole organization, not to individual members — everyone on the team draws from the same shared balance. New organizations start with an empty balance, so keeping an active plan or trial is the easiest way to stay productive.
