X / Twitter Automation
Turn X (formerly Twitter) into a lead source: import followers, capture people talking about your keywords, send direct messages, and monitor for new prospects automatically.
Connect Your Account
Go to Connected Accounts and connect your X (Twitter) account. Once it's connected, open Workflows → Twitter Automation to use the tools below.
Import Followers
Pull your most recent followers straight into your pipeline as new leads with one click. Anyone you already have is skipped, so you won't get duplicates.
Capture from Search
Enter a search — a hashtag, a phrase, or a combination — and LeadFlowX turns the people posting about it into leads. Use specific terms for higher-quality prospects.
#SaaS OR "looking for a CRM" "recommend a" (CRM OR "sales tool") #startup hiring
Send a Direct Message
Reach out to a prospect one-to-one: enter their handle and your message, and send it without leaving LeadFlowX. To send DMs automatically as part of a sequence, add a Send Twitter DM step in a workflow.
Automated Monitoring
Let LeadFlowX watch X for you. Add the search terms you care about and, if you like, track @-mentions of your account. Every 15 minutes it scans for matches and adds new people as leads.
- Track up to 20 search terms
- Optionally include @-mentions of your account
- Set how many results to pull per term (10–100)
- Turn monitoring on or off any time, or click Run now to check immediately
Best Practices
- Be specific — "looking for CRM software" finds better leads than just "CRM".
- Watch competitors — track mentions of competing products to find people ready to switch.
- Follow industry terms — monitor the hashtags your customers already use.
What happens to captured leads
Leads from X land in your pipeline like any other lead and are automatically queued for AI enrichment and intent scoring.
