Team Chat
A private space for your organization to talk in real time, right inside LeadFlowX. Everyone in your workspace shares one team room.
Open the chat
Click Chat under Outreach in the sidebar. Anything you send is visible to everyone in your organization — and only to your organization.
Sending messages
- Type a message and press Enter to send; use Shift + Enter for a new line.
- Add an emoji from the picker, or react to any message with a quick 👍, ❤️, or 🎉.
- Reply to a message to quote it, copy its text, or delete your own messages. Owners and Admins can delete anyone's message, and a deleted message is replaced by a small placeholder.
Knowing who has seen what
A message you send shows a check mark, and a second check once teammates have seen it, along with a Seen by count. New messages you haven't read yet show as a badge on the Chat link, so you always know when something is waiting.
Sharing files
Alongside text you can share images, videos, voice notes, and documents in chat. File sharing depends on file storage being enabled for your workspace; if it isn't available, you'll still have full text chat.

Team Chat is an Organization feature — Individual accounts don't see it. To turn it on, an owner can switch to an Organization from the Team & Sub-Accounts page.
