Webhooks & Integrations

Capture leads from any source using your unique webhook URL.

Your Webhook URL

Find your webhook URL in Settings → Webhook URL. It looks like:

https://leadflowx-neon.vercel.app/api/webhook/your-secret-token

Sending Leads

Send a POST request with Content-Type: application/json. Only email is required.

Accepted Fields

Source Values

Set source to categorize the lead. Defaults to WEBHOOK.

Integration Guides

Make.com

Use the HTTP module to send a POST request to your webhook URL. Map your form fields to the accepted field names above.

Zapier

Create a Zap with "Webhooks by Zapier" as the action. Choose POST, set your webhook URL, and map fields.

Deduplication

If a lead with the same email already exists, LeadFlowX will either merge the new data (if the existing lead is in an early stage) or reject it (if the lead is already in High Intent or Ready for Human stage).
