Team & Sub-Accounts

Invite people into your workspace, give each of them a role, and manage who can do what. Team features are part of Organization accounts.

Invite someone

Open Team & Sub-Accounts in the sidebar. If you're an Owner or Admin, click Invite, then:

  1. Enter the person's email address.
  2. Choose a role for them.
  3. Click Send Invite.

They'll get an email invitation that stays valid for 7 days. Until they accept, the invite shows as pending and you can Revoke it any time. When they accept, they join your workspace automatically.

Roles

Every member has one of four roles, listed here from the most access to the least:

  • Owner — full control, including billing, the team, and transferring ownership.
  • Admin — manage the team, invites, and workspace settings.
  • Member — work day to day with leads and outreach.
  • Viewer — best for people who mainly need to follow progress.

You can only assign or change roles below your own, and no one can change the Owner's role. To hand the workspace to someone else, an Owner uses Transfer ownership — you step down to Admin and they become the new Owner.

Seats and sub-accounts

Each team member takes one seat — what the page name calls a sub-account. Your plan sets how many you get: Organization accounts include 3 seats on the free tier, 5 on the monthly plan, and 12 on the yearly plan. When you reach the limit, upgrade your plan or remove a member to free up a seat.

Leaving a workspace

If you joined someone else's workspace, you can leave it from this page at any time. An Owner can't leave their own workspace — transfer ownership first if you need to step away.

info

Team, chat, and sub-accounts are Organization features. On an Individual account, the owner can switch to an Organization from this page to unlock them. Upgrading to an Organization is a one-way change.
