Scheduling & Booking

Give prospects a booking page where they pick a time that works for both of you. Every booking becomes a lead in your pipeline, and meetings can sync straight to your calendar.

Set up your booking page

Open Scheduling in the sidebar and click Booking page settings. From there you can set:

  • Title, link, and description — what visitors see at the top of your page
  • Meeting length — anywhere from 5 minutes to 8 hours
  • Buffer between meetings — automatic breathing room so bookings never sit back-to-back
  • Meeting type — a video call, in person (add an address), or phone (add a number)
  • Weekly availability — add one or more time ranges to each day; days with no range show as unavailable
  • Accept new bookings — turn your page on or off any time

Click Save booking settings when you're done. Your availability is interpreted in your account's timezone, shown above the schedule.

Connect Google Calendar in Connected Accounts to automatically add a Google Meet link to video meetings and to block times when you're already busy.

Share your link

Your booking page has its own public web address:

https://leadflowx-neon.vercel.app/book/your-name

Use Copy link to grab it, or Preview to see exactly what visitors see. Drop the link in your email signature, your social bio, or a message to a prospect.

What a visitor does

  1. Picks an available date on the calendar.
  2. Chooses an open time — shown in their own timezone, so there's no math to do.
  3. Enters their email (name and a short note are optional) and confirms.

They get a confirmation email right away, along with an Add to calendar option.

What happens after a booking

  • A lead is created in your pipeline (or matched to an existing one by email) and queued for AI enrichment.
  • The visitor gets a confirmation email, sent through your connected email account.
  • You get an in-app notification about the new booking.
  • If your Google Calendar is connected, the meeting is added to it — with a Google Meet link for video calls.
  • A meeting.booked event is sent to any webhooks or integrations you have set up.

Manage your meetings

The Scheduling page lists every meeting. Filter by Upcoming, Past, or Cancelled, filter by source, and search by name or email. On any meeting you can email the guest, add it to your calendar, reschedule, or cancel — the guest is notified automatically either way.

To book someone yourself, click New meeting and choose an existing lead or add a new person, then set the time, length, and type.

Let guests manage their own booking

Every confirmation email includes a link where the guest can reschedule or cancel on their own. They can also look up a booking any time using the booking code and email from that message.

Good to know

  • Each guest can hold one upcoming booking at a time — they cancel it before booking another.
  • Bookings on your public page are always free. Meetings you create yourself with New meeting use credits only after your trial or subscription has ended.
