• Billing information (processed securely via our payment provider)

• Branding assets you upload (such as your company logo) and brand settings (colors, headline, and email template styles)

2. How We Use Your Data

• Provide and maintain the LeadFlowX service
• Enrich and score lead data using our built-in AI
• Send transactional emails (account alerts, sequence sends on your behalf)
• Display your branding — a logo you upload is stored and served from a public web address so it can be shown in the emails you send and on your public capture, QR, booking, and form pages. Do not upload a logo you do not have the rights to use or that you consider confidential.
• Improve product features and user experience
• Detect and prevent abuse, fraud, or security issues
• Communicate product updates and support responses

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share information only with trusted service providers who help us operate the platform (hosting, email delivery, payment processing, and AI processing). All providers are contractually bound to handle data securely and only for the purposes we specify.

We may also disclose data when required by law or to protect our legal rights.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account or cancel your subscription, we remove your data within 30 days. Aggregated, anonymized usage data may be retained indefinitely for analytics purposes.

8. Children's Privacy

LeadFlowX is a B2B sales tool and is not intended for use by individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

9. Advertising
